This event has finished

The history of the Beguinage begins in the 15th century, although the brewery was bought and modernised by the Van Breedam family in 1872. The family run company continued to grow and in 2010 the 17th century family farm (at Blaasveld) was transformed into a whiskey distillery, the whiskey launched three years later has already won several international awards. The tour of the brewery, starting at 12 noon, will be in English, and will last around 90 minutes. Beer tasting is included! For those who wish to, after the tour, we will book a table for lunch at the Brewery’s brasserie (at own expense).

Cost of participation is €7.50 per person and the maximum group size is 25 – so it will be ‘first paid, first registered’.

To reserve your seat(s), or to obtain more information, please contact RSC Belgium section secretary, Becki Scott, via email.
Confirmation of your reservation will require transfer of the full amount (€7.50 per person) to the RSC Belgium bank account (details below). Please also indicate whether you would like to stay on for lunch.
