The RSC Belgium section has had a short pause in its events programme to catch our breath after IYC2011. But now we are back with a bang and we start our 2012 programme with an eminent speaker: Ambassador Ahmet Üzümcü; a controversial topic: Chemical Weapons; and a high quality venue: theAfrican Museum in Tervuren.
