    As part of the government’s Ultra Low Carbon challenge Ricardo were involved in the two-year Efficient-C programme which successfully delivered of a full-hybrid diesel demonstrator vehicle, hailed as a significant leap forward in terms of fuel economy and CO2 emissions. Such experience leaves Ricardo well placed to comment on a significant future challenge for the automotive industry.
