Education in the Fast Lane - Bloodhound SSC - Preparing to break the Land Speed Record!

Learn about the challenges of designing and building this supersonic Bloodhound car, currently under development and aiming to achieve a land speed record of 1000 mph. Dr John Latham will also provide an insight into the innovative educational approaches that are being used to engage schools, colleges and university students in the amazing project.

A free buffet prior to the lecture will be provided between 6 and 6.30 PM. 
Parking is available within any of the visitors car parks; the nearest car park is on Brownlow street. Parking tariff is as follows: 
£2.00: up to 1 hour
£3.00: up to 2 hours
