    Speak Out for Engineering West Midlands is a competition organised by the IMechE Birmingham Young Members panel. The competition provides young engineers with an excellent opportunity to demonstrate and develop their presentation skills and competence in public speaking. Presentations are judged by a panel of professionals from industry. The winner will receive a £300 cash prize and be entered into the UK final. The runner up will receive a £200 cash prize.

    Coleshill Sewage Treatment Works - Birmingham
    Coleshill Sewage Treatment Works, - Birmingham Coleshill sewage treatment works receives up to 1,800 litres per second of sewage at peak flows. This is treated to the highest standards, passing clean effluent to River Tame and produces sludge for treatment both on site and at the neighbouring work at Minworth Sewage Treatment Works.

The tour is an overview of the Amazon site, and an explanation of the sites place in the wider Amazon network, the logistics of the building and their distribution. You will get an opportunity to have a go yourself at the process of receiving items.

    RAF Museum Cosford - Shropshire
    The Royal Air Force Museum’s purpose is to tell the story of the RAF through its people and collections. The award-winning RAF Museum is a National Museum with two public sites at Colindale, North-West London and Cosford in the West Midlands. Each site offers a unique experience for visitors while encompassing the whole RAF story. The Museum is a place of storytelling and sharing. Our RAF stories include those of serving personnel, veterans, cadets and reserves.
