Electric Bikes TT Race

The TTXGP race held as part of the Isle of Mann TT races in 2009 was the first zero carbon race in history. It pioneered many of the safety and technical standards used in electric motor sport today. This presentation will introduce the concept of zero carbon motorcycle racing and the event on the Isle of Mann. Considering the technical challenges, safety requirements and describe the some of the teams and their bike designs.
