Development workshops are designed to raise awareness of how a leader operates under
pressure. A combination of psychometric tests and simulations are used to profile leaders
from different ‘angles’ to see what drives them, what gets them out of bed in the morning and
what sort of personalities they are – how they interact with people, how they make decisions,
how they tend to manage themselves.

The New Triumph Tiger 800 and Tiger 800XC adventure tourers will go into production during the next few weeks. The new 3 cylinder 799cc engine has been designed to offer smooth controllable torque and the chassis all day comfort with the 800XC offering real off road ability.
