Description

The Runcorn Energy from Waste (EfW) Combined Heat and Power (CHP) facility is one of the largest and most efficient of its kind in Europe. It processes up to 850,000 tonnes a year of Refuse Derived Fuel to generate up to 70 MW of electricity and 51MW of heat for use by the adjacent INOVYN chemical manufacturing site.

Roy Griffin is the Head of Operations for Viridor's Northern EFW facilities and has been with Viridor for 17 years working in the Operations and Projects departments for the design, construction and operation of EFW plant.
