A coach trip to visit EGGER Limited (UK), Northumberland’s largest manufacturing employer. EGGER are also the leading wood based panel manufacturer in Europe.

From high quality laminate flooring to trend-setting materials for furniture and interior design to environmentally friendly wood construction materials - EGGER prides itself in t
echnology, quality, innovative design and professional services as being key to their success.

The walking tour will last about 2 hours, and cover approximately 1.5 miles, and will include some flights of stairs. Also, due to the use of powerful magnets in Egger's manufacturing process, people with pacemakers are not allowed on the visit. Everyone most wear their own flat, sturdy, sensible, non-slip, enclosed toed footwear. All other PPE will be provided.

This visit is limited to a maximum of 20 people. The cost is £12.50(incl. VAT) per person. payable at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be paid. If you cancel your place, a refund will only be made if your place is re-allocated.

Whitehaven Wetherspoons - 11:30hrs (18:30hrs)
Lakes College, Workington  - 11:45hrs (18:15hrs)
Cockermouth Main Street   - 12:00hrs (18:00hrs)
Carlisle ASDA                    - 13:00hrs (17:00hrs)
(potentially additional pick-up on route)
