Decisions on investments in platforms and infrastructures requires the consideration of a complex array of data. Stakeholders want to ensure that money spent will deliver the required availability and capability today and tomorrow with the best balance of cost, risk and performance. To achieve this aim Asset Management principles can be applied.

The evening of presentations from Frazer-Nash Consultancy, Babcock and BAE Systems will look to illustrate aspects of asset management.

An overview of Asset Management will be presented that aims to explain how a wide variety of engineering and management capabilities must be drawn upon to support project and programme objectives.
