    Ardley Landfill Site - Bicester
    Technical Visit, Booking Essential by 28th April 2016. The Ardley Energy Recovery Facility started operations in 2014 to convert non-recyclable domestic waste that would have previously gone to landfill into electricity. It is expected to process 95% of Oxfordshire's non-recyclable waste and generate up to 38MW of electricity.

    The AWE Educational Collection is the only place in existence where you can see a physical historic collection of the UK’s nuclear weapons through the ages. This event is part of the Reading Panels Winter calendar. Please note that this event is only open to UK Nationals.
