    In 1912 there occurred a shipping disaster of such proportions that we are still talking and speculating about it over one hundred years later. This talk covers the circumstances that led to TITANIC’s creation, her collision, and her eventual loss, with particular emphasis on engineering and the role that engineers played in her short life - dispelling many of the popular myths that surround this tragedy.
