Particularly how leading edge technologies from industry are used to create faster, lighter and more efficient equipment, to how precision analysis tools are allowing coaches to fine-tune athletes’ performance better than ever before. Technology usually associated with Formula 1 is making cyclists go faster, composite materials help pole-vaulters leap higher.

Peter Wright, a Vehicle Integration Manager from JLR will be talking about how the new Range Rover ties in with the company's plans for sustainability. Lauren Coyle, an accommodation and usage engineer who has gone through JLR's graduate scheme will be on hand for an informal recruitment Q&A after the talk. The pair will also be bringing with them a brand new Ranger Rover, which will be parked outside Queens Building for you to get up close and personal!
