This technical lecture will give you an insight into how, in a modern healthcare facility, a poor performing process can be improved using statistical methods, Minitab statistical software and good old-fashioned problem-solving  techniques.

The lecture will be delivered by Eur Ing Conrad Hoyle CEng MIMechE, who has many years experience implementing process improvement into a variety of industries including food, healthcare and high volume consumable's manufacturing.
