Description
A team approach to mechanical integrity is needed - it is not just a mechanical engineering problem. He gave examples that showed the importance of good working relationships with Process Safety, Control and Instrumentation, Human Factors and the Environment Agency. The different approaches to mechanical integrity that are faced when plant starts to 'age' will be presented.
