Description

Talk will discuss the drivers for downsizing in petrol engines, why this approach is being pursued by Ford and other vehicle manufacturers.  It will look at some of the technical and marketing challenges of introducing substantially downsized engines to the market, and present some of the features and technical solutions employed by Ford on the Ecoboost engine series.
