Description

Have you ever picked up your keys in the morning, checked you have everything before setting off to work and you head for the door, and then ask yourself ‘where did I put my keys?’

….and they are still in your hand.

Have you ever completed a ‘STOP’ card in the work place?  Do you know what they are for? Do you know why we complete them, for both safe and unsafe observations?

If you are curious of the answers to these questions, this presentation will be of great benefit to you!

The session will be presented by Eddie McCullough, Group Director Senior Partner of Optimus Seventh Generation.
A presentation will be given by Optimus, who specialise in helping their clients to implement significant and sustainable change, and deliver Operational Excellence with safety & reliability at the core.  Their presentation will explain how Operational Excellence is achieved by changing people’s understanding and attitude toward safety as well as what it takes to be a leader in safety.
