The New Triumph Tiger 800 and Tiger 800XC adventure tourers will go
into production during November. The new 3 cylinder 799cc engine has
been designed to offer smooth controllable torque and the chassis all
day comfort with the 800XC offering real off road ability.
The talk will offer an insight into these two new models. The talk will
be given by Stuart Wood, Chief Engineer Concept and Electrical, Matt
Cook, Design Team Leader Chassis and Andy Morris, Design Team Leader
Powertrain.

The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Park has been cleaned up, more than 20 new bridges erected, tens of miles of new utilities laid, new roads built, and seven new sporting venues are actively under construction. On Thursday 26th March 2009 the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Wolverhampton Young Members panel received a presentation from Rupert Paul and Ian Calvert. Rupert is a free-lance motorcycle journalist writing for the motorcycle magazine “Superbike” at the time of the lecture.
