This workshop is for new and experienced Professional Review Interviewers, Industrial Advisors and anyone interested in volunteering as a Professional Review Interviewer. The session will begin at 11:00am with registration from 10:30am. The session concludes with lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Attendees will be given updates on the assessment process and real case studies will be discussed. Attendees will be encouraged to share their assessment experiences. The workshop is free to attend.

Recent F1 regulation changes include a ban on refuelling and a requirement for gearboxes to last for four race weekends.
A ban on refueling means that cars carry 160 kg of fuel at the start of the race but virtually no fuel for qualifying. This makes a significant difference to car performance; however, the application of basic vehicle dynamics it can be relatively straightforward to understand what the effect on vehicle performance will be.

Dare you take a long hard look at yourself? Are you as good as you can be? Leadership Development workshops are designed to raise awareness of how a leader operates under pressure. A combination of psychometric tests and simulations are used to profile leaders from different ‘angles’ to see what drives them, what gets them out of bed in the morning and what sort of personalities they are – how they interact with people, how they make decisions, how they tend to manage themselves.
