As you can imagine, by looking at the size of our region there is a vast distance between some of our core member areas and members in as far away an area as Timbuktu. But what we hope to achieve as volunteer members of the IMechE is to improve the world through engineering, get engineers from around our region talking and brainstorming, but most importantly being able to give our IMechE members a point of contact.
