 Lecture\n\nIndustry Sector: Research & development\n\nSpeak Details: Clair
e Pearce and Dr Natasha Stephen\, from the Plymouth Electron Microscopy Ce
ntre (PEMC) at Plymouth University\, will demonstrate the relevance and us

scopes and associated analytical equipment\, designed to meet the needs of
industry. Natasha will showcase relevant investigations\, which highlight
the imaging and analysis capability of the Centre\, using techniques such
as EDS\, large area mapping and EBSD for crystallographic study\, which h
ave been carried out for both small companies and large international orga
nisations. Claire will demonstrate the broad range of sectors that have m
