 : HMS Courageous is a decomissioned nuclear-powered Valiant class submarin
 e.  She saw service with the Royal Navy during the Cold War and is current
 ly berthed at Devonport Royal Dockyard as a museum ship - the only exhibit
  of this kind in the UK.\n\nDescription : \n\nJoin us on a tour of this un
 ique piece of engineering and maritime heritage.&nbsp\; Experience what li
 fe was like on board a nuclear-powered 'hunter killer' submarine during th
 e Cold War.\n\nFor more information\, see the HMS Courageous Association w
 ebsite\n\nOur tour will be guided by Royal Navy ex-submariners who served 
 on this class of boat.&nbsp\; They will show you where the crew lived\, sl
 ept\, and ate.&nbsp\; You will explore the Control Room and periscopes\, f
 rom where the submarine was commanded\, and&nbsp\;you will&nbsp\;see the '
 bomb shop' from where the torpedos were fired (though Courageous never fir
 ed in anger).\n\nESSENTIAL INFORMATION\n\n*** HMS Courageous has small hat
 ches and vertical ladders.&nbsp\; It is&nbsp\;quite cramped inside and is 
 not suitable for those with claustrophobia.&nbsp\; You must wear sensible 
 footwear\, and ladies should wear trousers! There is a minimum height requ
 irement of 4 feet (1.22 m) ***\n\nThe tour will leave Exeter from Matford 
 Park and Ride car park at 11:15 and return by 15:30.&nbsp\; We will travel
  to Devonport Royal Dockyard by coach.&nbsp\; Your names will be provided 
 to the Royal Navy for security screening purposes before the visit.\n\nCon
