 : HMS Courageous is a decomissioned nuclear-powered Valiant class submarin
 e.  She saw service with the Royal Navy during the Cold War and is current
 ly berthed at Devonport Royal Dockyard as a museum ship - the only exhibit
  of this kind in the UK.\n\nDescription : \nJoin us on a tour of this uniq
 ue piece of engineering and maritime heritage.&nbsp\;Experience what life 
 was like on board a nuclear-powered 'hunter killer' submarine during the C
 old War.\n\nFor more information\, see the HMS Courageous Association webs
 ite\n\nOur tour will be guided by Royal Navy ex-submariners who served on 
 this class of boat.&nbsp\;They will show you where the crew lived\, slept\
 , and ate.&nbsp\;You will explore the Control Room and periscopes\, from w
 here the submarine was commanded\, and&nbsp\;you will&nbsp\;see the 'bomb 
 shop' from where the torpedos were fired (though Courageous never fired in
  anger).\n\nESSENTIAL INFORMATION\n\n*** HMS Courageous has small hatches 
 and vertical ladders.&nbsp\; It is&nbsp\;quite cramped inside and is not s
 uitable for those with claustrophobia.&nbsp\; You must wear sensible footw
 ear\, and ladies should wear trousers! There is a minimum height requireme
 nt of 4 feet (1.22 m) ***\n\nWe will meet outside the dockyard at Albert G
 ate (on Albert Road) at 17:30. The tour will finish by 19:30.&nbsp\;Your n
