  IMechE Volunteer\nNetwork. It was established to challenge young engineer
 s to prove that they\ncould &lsquo\;communicate effectively&rsquo\;\, an i
 mportant area for today&rsquo\;s developing engineers.\nBasically\, in the
  competition\, the speaker should give an individual oral\npresentation on
  a subject relating to mechanical engineering for not more than\n20 minute
 s\, followed by a 10 minutes Q&amp\;A session from the audience.\n\n\nCont
