 r Korfiatis is an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Business Analyt
 ics at Norwich Business School (NBS) and member of the Innovation\, Techno
 logy and Operations Management Research Group (ITOM). He is also an affili
 ated faculty at the Center for Competition Policy (CCP) at the University 
 of East Anglia. Previously he worked as Senior Researcher at the Chair for
  Databases and Information Systems at the Department of Informatics of the
  Goethe University Frankfurt\, Germany.&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nHe co-founded tog
 ether with Professor Roberto Zicari the Big Data Laboratory of the Goethe 
 University and acted as a Director for Analytics and Data Science. &nbsp\;
 He completed his PhD in 2009 at Copenhagen Business School (CBS)\, Denmark
  and holds an MSc in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (K
