  over a 30-year timeframe. Uniquely\, this work is being led by a steering
  group comprising the Association of Train Operating Companies\, the train
  leasing companies\, and Network Rail. A first report was published in Feb
 ruary 2013 and the Strategy is now being developed through annual updates.
  Three senior rail industry leaders will give their views of the future. M
 alcolm Brown is a member of the steering group for the Strategy. David Cla
 rke will focus on innovation in rolling stock design\, and Tim Bentley wil
 l describe factors relating to the manufacturing and maintenance of passen
 ger rolling stock. The audience will then have the opportunity to debate t
