Description

Porterbrook have led the way both from an investment and innovation standpoint to drive decarbonisation forward with several first-of-a-kind programmes. The conversion of Class 319 to Class 769 FLEX units was the first of these programmes to be productionised, providing a rolling stock solution to support progressive infrastructure electrification and to provide bi-mode and tri-mode operational capabilities on intermittent electrified networks.

The presentation will provide an overview of the programme background, details on the different FLEX projects and an update on the latest status.

Please note that this will be an online event using Zoom starting at 18.00
