In his talk, Nigel Hodgson will give details of the introduction of new trains on the Elizabeth line.

Nigel is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 30 years experience in the railway industry.  He started his career working for Alstom on the design Class 91 locomotives before moving into a consultancy where he has worked on a wide variety of projects including the re-signalling of the Docklands Light Railway, Jubilee, Northern and Sub-Surface Lines.  He is currently helping Bombardier with the delivery of the Class 345 trains for service as part of the Crossrail programme.
