This event has been organised by the University of Huddersfield and they have opened up a limited number of places for IMechE members to attend. 

Guest lecturer, Adrian Reynard, will be talking about his experiences driving and manufacturing racing cars.

Adrian broke five Motorcycle World Land Speed records and six British National records on self-designed and ridden Reynard motorcycles, all while a student at Oxford Polytechnic.

After graduating, he continued to build a successful career, founding Reynard Racing Cars Ltd. in 1973 and going on to design multiple F1 cars.

The event is free to attend.
