Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and Engineers Ireland members are invited to attend an exclusive visit to Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) on
Thursday, 25 June, from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

This visit will provide an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into how IMR supports manufacturing companies through applied research, advanced technology centres, and industry-focused innovation programmes, including funding clinics and subsidised initiatives.
IMR is Ireland’s Technology Centre for innovation in manufacturing, working in close collaboration with industry to de-risk technology adoption, build organisational capability, and accelerate competitiveness across multiple sectors.
The visit will showcase practical innovation opportunities for manufacturing organisations of all sizes and will include a site tour and an overview presentation.
The event will qualify for 2 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

There is a tour and presentation.

Booking for Site Visit is on a First Come Basis (30 Places) and is via the Engineers Ireland Event Site.
