The Institution of Mechanical Engineers is launching a series of webinars focusing on diversity and inclusion in engineering.

The first webinar is an IMechE Yorkshire Region-led initiative focussing on women in engineering as part of International Women in Engineering Day (INWED). During the webinar we will explore how the Institution can support and improve diversity within itself and in the industry, what practices and mindsets/biases perpetuate an unequal environment and what can be done to dismantle and unlearn these.
