In accordance to the provisions of the Greece Group Constitution, hereby the nominations for the election of the Committee positions. Election at the Annual General Meeting shall be by show-of-hand of the eligible voting members present. The appropriate number of candidates receiving the majority of the votes cast shall be declared elected. If the number of candidates for any reason does not exceed the number of vacancies, the person(s) nominated shall be declared elected.
