This year's AGM will provide an opportunity to:

• Review the past year: Recap our activities, events, and key milestones.

• Shape the year ahead: Discuss plans for 2026 and how we can continue to support the mechanical engineering community in Switzerland.

• Network with peers: Connect with fellow members and share insights in a friendly and collaborative environment.

• Talk: Hear from Oliver Farrell on his trip to Africa. Having never been to sub-Saharan Africa, knowing nothing about prosthetics and being thoroughly squeamish, this talk is about IMechE Fellow, Oliver Farrell's work to improve the lives of Ugandan people who have been fundamentally affected by a leg amputation. 
  
  Inspired by the Swiss social enterprise, Circleg, with headquarters in Zurich and manufacturing of their award winning prosthetic leg system in Nairobi, Kenya, Oliver set about using his Rotary membership to overcome the many hurdles to create a positive impact on the lives of people in low income countries.

Involvement is crucial in shaping the direction of our activities. This is also a great opportunity for members interested in learning more about IMechE Switzerland to get involved.
