Dr. Jukes will give an overview of Professional Leadership for the Modern Day Engineer based on his personal experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.  This will include giving guidance and advice on factors of Leadership that lead to success in our Industry, and tools will be provided that will help with Personal and Professional Development.  Dr Jukes has recently set up his own Consultancy, and will discuss what it takes to start up your own Company, and the challenges and hurdles to overcome.  The informative talk will cover a range of themes such as How to Create an LLC, Factors for Success, Important Aspects of Leadership, Level 5 Leadership, Importance of Goal Setting, and Tools for Success.  The whole talk will tie into the importance of Professional Development, and becoming a Chartered Engineer. 

Dr. Paul Jukes was previously the Group Managing Director of MCS Kenny, a Division within Wood Group, and has now started up his own Consultancy The Jukes Group, LLC.
