John Baxter, Group Head of Engineering for BP, and former IMechE President is in Houston to give the Texas group a presentation. He will discuss deep water engineering and future energy challenges.

John Baxter started his career as a Submarine Engineer Officer. He is currently Group Engineering Director at BP, responsible for integrity management, major accident risk assessment and engineering standards. John was President of the IMechE in 2007.
