    Rachel Turner will present an in-depth look at the Class 810 “Aurora” project - Hitachi’s new hybrid Intercity train for the Midland Mainline. Designed in Pistoia, Italy, and assembled in Newton Aycliffe, UK, Aurora builds on the Class 80x IEP platform but introduces a new design and hybrid technology, offering equal performance in both electric and diesel modes.
