Lunch is open to all members of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and their guests.

It is a 'Pay on the Day' event with the price per meal being £25.50. Prior booking is essential - see below. Individual accounts must be settled directly with the Hotel before leaving.

We meet in the bar at 12.30 pm when the hotel will take individual orders from the standard three course lunch menu. 

Please advise of any particular dietary issues when booking.

We sit down for lunch in the Georgian Restaurant at 1pm. The event usually finishes about 3 pm.  

Prior booking is essential by contacting one those listed under Contact Details below. Closing date for bookings is 5th January 2019. However, we will try to accommodate later bookings, subject to space being available.

Please do not try to book via the Hotel.

Please note that this 'pay on the day' event cannot be booked or paid for through the IMechE on-line booking service. 

The Chairman and Committee of Norfolk and Waveney Area hope members will take the opportunity to join what in the past has been a very enjoyable social event, with the opportunity to discuss engineering matters on an informal basis. We very much look forward to your company.
