Firstly the speaker will give an update on a talk given in April 2012 on a project to rejuvenate the North Sea Gas processing plant at Bacton, north east Norfolk.
The speaker will then address Human Factors in Engineering, often the weakest link in any chain of events that can lead to incident or disaster.
