The Suffolk and N Essex Committee has a number of vacancies. The various responsibilities can be tailored to suit your individual interests such that they give additional insight to your engineering knowledge or provide opportunities to meet other engineers whilst arranging meetings or simply by socialising at the lectures and other functions. Alternatively, you may wish to develop supplementary skills (marketing and publicising the lecture meetings and work of the committee) and IT work.
Normally we would meet six or seven times a year at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel near Ardleigh, Colchester, however our current thinking during the period of the Covid pandemic is to arrange online meetings.
