Russ Watson, BAE Systems Maritime, will discuss the future 'Successor' class nuclear deterrent submarine. Followed by the Royal Aeronautical Society Cambridge branch dinner at the Royal Cambridge Hotel (by ticket).

The Royal Aeronautical Society celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2016, having been formed on 12th January 1866. To commemorate this event as the RAes Cambridge branch has organised a dinner following the lecture.

Date: Thursday 14 January 2016

Time: 6pm for talk. Dinner at 7.45pm.

Venue: Lecture Theatre 0, Cambridge University Engineering Department, Trumpington Street, Cambridge CB2 1PZ (directions).

Parking: There is limited parking available on site. The number of parking spaces available in front of the Engineering Department building is considerably reduced due to ongoing construction works. There are however further parking spaces available at the rear of the site.

Royal Aeronautical Society Branch Dinner: The RAeS Cambridge Branch Dinner will follow the lecture at 7:45pm at the Royal Cambridge Hotel. For more information and to book your place contact Peter Jenkins at peter.j.jenkins@btinternet.com before the 4th of January.
