Vlad Vyshemirsky of Cargo Logic Air will talk about operating the Antonov An-124 cargo plane.

Operating a fleet of Antonov 124 and the many abnormal loads which come with that is incredibly challenging. Vlad Vyshemirsky will present a history of this amazing aircraft intertwined with stories of his experiences as loads master for Volga Dnepr. A 'must not miss' lecture with a real unique opportunity to hear from someone with so much experience and knowledge of the aircraft.

Time: Tea served from 7pm. Talk starts at 7.30pm. Ends around 9pm following discussion.
Venue: Lecture Theatre 2, Cambridge University Engineering Department, Trumpington Street, Cambridge CB2 1PZ (directions). Note room is different to usual!
Parking: There is limited parking available at the front of the site. There are further parking places at the rear.
Visitors welcome. Booking not required. RAeS members, students and young people free. Visitors (including IMechE members) who are not members of the RAeS will be invited to make a £5 donation.
