Many engineers don’t have the visibility and influence they rightfully deserve. During this session you will learn how to develop the key competencies needed to ensure you have the ear of the Board, make things happen and get the recognition you deserve. You will learn how to play the political game and the art of influencing others. You will also take away tools that will help you to focus on what is important and challenge the status quo. In essence you will learn how to develop personal power.

Dr Robina Chatham is a chartered engineer, neuroscientist, former CIO, Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management, author and founder of Robina Chatham Ltd. She offers executive coaching and training interventions aimed at helping technical leaders to increase their personal effectiveness and their impact at Board level.
