The presentation will give an overview of the applications and challenges of engineering mechanisms for many kinds of space mission both institutional and commercial.
It will present examples of past and ongoing work on aspects of lubrication of spacecraft carried out at the European Space Tribology Laboratory, as well as a personal perspective on the main challenges of space tribology to come in the next decade.
