Description

At this event participants will have the opportunity to take part in a mock adjudication based on a scenario involving a dispute between engineering firms, with that dispute going to adjudication.

The adjudication rules and procedures will be determined by the IMechE/IET MF/1 form of Contract.

Members of the CIArb West Midlands branch will take questions on Adjudication and other forms of Dispute Resolution.

Note - earlier than usual start time:
5:30pm buffet meal, as well as the usual tea/coffee/etc;
6pm start of mock adjudication event.

Free and open to all.
However, if possible please book so we can estimate numbers for catering; thanks.
