Description

A visit to the British Motor Museum and 100 years of MG presentation.
MG is celebrating it’s centenary in 2024. The British Motor Museum at Gaydon hosts the world's largest collection of historic British cars. This includes some of the most famous MGs such as Old Number One (MG’s first competition car), Goldie Gardner’s EX135 streamliner (which achieved over 200mph on 1100cc in 1939!), the prototype Metro 6R4 Group B rally car and a wide selection of road cars.
Our visit will include a guided tour of the museum collection and a History Talk - 100 Not Out, The Story of MG - An Automotive National Treasure
Museum entry, the tour and the presentation is free for our event ticket holders, but you must register for a ticket and places are limited.
We will meet at the museum reception at 10.30 and the event will conclude at about 3pm.
Tea and coffee will be provided, but you will need to purchase or bring lunch.
