Purpose:
- Raise awareness of neurodiversity and its practical implications for engineering design
- Highlight the value of integrating human factors into civil, mechanical and systems engineering
- Demonstrate the benefits of collaboration across disciplines

- Practical methods for designing with cognitive diversity
- Real-world examples from transport and education sectors
- Interactive exercises to translate human insights into better engineering outcomes
Outcome:
Over 200 people registered, some attending in person, others joining from around the world
