Technical lecture about re-purposing freight wagons for new traffic types, using the case study of turning of the HHA coal wagon into an HHA aggregate wagon and/or a JNA box wagon. The presentation provides an overview of the legislative framework and the different pathways for the repurposing of vehicles, as well as the requirements for the compliance, design and production processes involved to safely place a repurposed vehicle into service.
