    A talk about how tragic submarine accidents such as OceanGate's Titan submersible which imploded on its journey to the wreck of the RMS Titanic because of poor engineering and multiple failures to test the vessel, according to an official report, lead to innovations in safety systems such as enhancements in Submarine Escape and Recovery Protocols.
