CHAIN Manchester 2025, is a one-day conference which seeks to promote engineering and the role of engineering institutions in tackling climate change. Inspired by the events of COP 26, a summit where countries negotiate and agree on actions to address climate changes, and build upon previous commitments and set new targets. The 26^th COP was hosted in partnership with the UK and Italy.

The conference will be re-branded Eco-CHAIN and will follow a similar format to the CHAIN Conferences and run as a joint event with other Professional Institutions, but will have a focus on sustainability.
