• Chair: Lead meetings and represent the group. 
• Vice Chair(s): Support the Chair and step in as needed.  (decided to change to two VC's)
• Secretary: Manage documentation and communications. 
• Treasurer: Oversee financial matters and budgeting. 
• Publicity/Social Media/Website Officer(s): Manage our online presence and communications. 
• Industry Liaison: Build connections with industry partners and stakeholders.
• University Liaison Officers (student reps): Represent the interests of UoM, MMU and University of Salford members.
• Events Officer(s): Assist with the organisation and execution of events. 
• YMB Representative: link between the panel and the IMechE Young Members Board.
• Ordinary Committee Member: Contribute to discussions and initiatives.
